55qq Terms & Conditions

The following terms are used throughout these conditions:

• "Platform" refers to the 55qq website, mobile version, and all related services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person who accesses the 55qq platform, whether registered or unregistered.
• "Account" refers to a user's personal registered profile on the platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any incentive reward, credit, or offer provided by 55qq.
• "Transaction" refers to any financial deposit or withdrawal activity on the platform.
• "Wagering" or "Bet" refers to the activity of spending money on games or betting.

The following conditions must be met to participate on the 55qq platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older (for 21+ only).
• You must be legally capable of receiving this type of service.
• You may operate only one account in your own name.
• All information you provide must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You must play with your own money — using a third party's funds is strictly prohibited.

55qq is firmly committed to preventing minors from participating. If we confirm that a minor is using the platform, we will immediately close that account and cancel all transactions.

3.1 — Creating an Account

When creating an account at 55qq, you must provide genuine and verifiable personal information. Each person may operate only one account. Attempting to operate multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and balances may be forfeited.

3.2 — Password & Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password completely confidential. If you suspect that your password or account details have been accessed by a third party, contact our support team immediately.

• Do not share your account login details with anyone.
• Always log out after using a public device.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Report any suspicious activity to support right away.

3.3 — Account Verification

55qq reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. For verification you may be required to submit a national identity card or other government-approved identity documents. Failure to complete verification may temporarily suspend deposit and withdrawal activity.

4.1 — Accepted Payment Methods

The payment methods currently accepted on the 55qq platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Transactions through any method other than these four are not possible.

4.2 — Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (applicable for each payment method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours

4.3 — Withdrawal Policy

Before processing a withdrawal request, 55qq will confirm that:

• Your account is fully verified.
• All applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• There is no active investigation or suspicion of fraud.
• The withdrawal amount is above the minimum limit.

4.4 — Deposit Rejection

55qq reserves the right to reject any deposit request if it appears suspicious, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms. Rejected funds will be returned to their original source.

5.1 — Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive an additional ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳18,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 and your total balance will be ৳26,000.

5.2 — Wagering Requirements

All bonuses must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal:

• To withdraw a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus).
• Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus you must wager ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.

5.3 — Bonus Eligibility Conditions

• Each user may use each offer only once.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being forfeited.
• 55qq reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time without notice.
• If any special conditions apply, they will be clearly stated alongside the bonus offer.

55qq's VIP program has three tiers. You can automatically advance to a higher tier based on your activity:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

VIP cashback is added to your account every week. Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback withdrawals. 55qq reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.

7.1 — General Gaming Terms

When playing slots, live casino, cricket betting, fishing games, and other categories on the 55qq platform, the following rules must be followed:

• Each game has its own rules and payout structure — read them before playing.
• Game outcomes are determined by technology and no interference is possible.
• If an unusual win occurs due to a technical error, 55qq reserves the right to void that amount.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, the game state will be saved and can be recovered after reconnecting.

7.2 — Betting Limits

Specific minimum and maximum betting limits apply for each game or market. These limits are clearly displayed on the platform. 55qq reserves the right to change betting limits under special circumstances.

7.3 — Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games using bots or automated software.
• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities or errors.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes.

• Abuse of the bonus system.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

9.2 — Account Closure by the User

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, contact our support team. Before the account is closed, if your balance exceeds the minimum withdrawal limit, you will have the opportunity to withdraw those funds. Funds remaining in a closed account will be returned subject to wagering requirements being met.
